The Account Executive identifies, evaluates, and delivers outstanding MEP professionals and/or executives for leading client opportunities.
Our team is hiring an Account Executive to support our growing team. You will be responsible for making and maintaining client/company and candidate relationships, initiate hiring processes by sourcing and vetting quality level candidates, and create new business by reaching out to potential clients. This is an intermediate role that will help our team expand into larger markets.
We're looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little direct supervision and weekly call quotas to make. This job may also require you to be available at later times in the day for phone calls (depending on which market you work within).
Responsibilities
● Create targeted sourcing strategies for executive (Senior Vice President/Managing Director) positions
● Manage relationships with existing clients in your territory.
● Call candidates on search lists for open position requirements
● Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients
● Follow-up with clients after candidate placement
● Utilize a variety of tools to perform research on multiple marketplaces, industries, to identify new business opportunities
●Partner with internal clients to understand current and future business and talent needs
●Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts.
●Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients.
●Initiate hiring process to include extending offers
● Establish positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect
● Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible
● Be able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
● Keep an open line of communication with the Operations Manager
● Be proficient in handling objections
● Handle communications via phone and email
Qualifications
●Business-to-business sales and recruiting experience is a must!
●Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
●Great phone etiquette
●Sales-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
●Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines.
Hours & Compensation
● Full Time
● $100,000-$250,000+ (Salary is $1,500 a month + commissions)
