Position: Sr Compensation Analyst
Location: hybrid in Hollywood 1x a month while training first few weeks 3x a week, if not remote in FL

PR: $47- 50/hr

Must Haves:
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of experience- compensation analytics
2+ years of supervisor experience
Healthcare experience
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
HRIS systems experience

Day to Day:
- Heavily data skills to analyze the data and come up with inferences on what the data is showing to address any talent or retention issue
- We pay people at the median point
- Time to time work on project related stuff to see gaps on market and come up with solutions on how the gap at the job level can be addressed
- Projects from feb - july of each year most busy with service season
- Pricing all jobs'
- Help with services to coordinate efforts to submit data to vendors
- Compensation consultant working alongside to help with this
- Salary management, looking at paygrade, talent attraction retention, working with clients (internal people and directors) , looking at philosophy of why and how we pay

Senior Compensation Consultant provides subject matter expert consultation on Compensation trends and advanced analytics to support the Total Rewards team. This position works with the Compensation leader to accomplish strategic business needs, monitors Total Rewards trends and best practices and enhance overall effectiveness of the function.
Participates in special projects that occur to address specific business needs.Develops and maintains project plans including written specifications of tasks, expected timelines, and deliverables consistent with overall deadlines.Completes cost analysis of compensation interventions to support the Compensation team and prepares presentations to key stakeholders. Collaborates with Compensation leadership to draft justification for recommendations.Provides effective data analysis to support Compensation leader towards the overall goal of attraction and retention of employees. Analyzes compensation competitiveness to identify key insights and trends, perform root cause analysis to evaluate opportunities for improvement.Develops and works with HR Business Partners and HR Directors to drive compensation solutions that support major business change initiatives.Maintain data integrity and creates and uploads data into assigned Compensation Tool.Develops and maintains job descriptions ensuring appropriate alignment with the organization’s goals, structure, and federal and state laws.Serves as a role model for compensation consultant and compensation specialist to coach and effectively assist with compensation related activities and projects.
