Hybrid 3 days onsite / San Francisco
Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 (DOE)
Must Have: Commercial Real Estate Experience!!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property management activities, including property and tenant space inspections, building operations, administration, and tenant relations.
- Manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise third-party vendors, including building engineers and on-site contractors.
- Participate in financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, scheduled reporting, reconciliation of financial statements and operating expenses, rent collection, and budget development.
- Assist in property operations setup, including back-of-house operations, major building equipment commissioning, and oversight of operations and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing concerns or requests promptly.
- Attend tenant engagement and industry-related events.
- Guide and mentor the property management team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Life Science background preferred
- In-depth technical knowledge of building and property operations; experience with the full life cycle of building is a plus.
- Experience with real estate proprietary software is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical commercial building system applications is preferred.
