HR Coordinator
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Pay Rate: $26 - $31 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Oversee office management tasks, including purchasing office supplies, stocking up on coffee, tea, and food, and maintaining an organized work environment.
- Process and coordinate Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Utilize TriNet software (preferred but not required) for HR tasks.
