IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Tampa, Florida. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
- Coordinate with adjacent Workstreams (sales enablement, business development, delivery, and go-to-market teams) to gather and analyze requirements for the client experience on a per-product/complex-solution basis.
- Utilize these requirements to build a client experience framework and initiate the client experience procedural items for each applicable client post-go-live.
- Manage changes across teams and contribute to business process improvement.
- This is a 6+ month contract position requiring onsite presence at our client's location.
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge of product management concepts and how managed services products are positioned and developed.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (such as Smartsheet project tracking) and techniques.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development principles.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
