Scheduler - Los Angeles, CA
Appleton Finn are partnered with a leading general contractor seeking a Scheduler to be based at their office in Los Angeles, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with site staff and subcontractors to assess construction progress and update schedules.
- Conduct site visits to verify plans and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Lead planning and scheduling sessions with project stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate schedule delays, impacts, and variances from the baseline schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with planning and scheduling experience being essential.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling principles, and Critical Path Scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 EPPM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex scheduling details.
- Ability to work independently or within a team, managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
