Duties:
Assist with taking and entering orders for products.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Analyze customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customer via phone and email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating a genuine desire to help.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in customer service or account management (This is not a sales role).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills with exposure to MS Office.
Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
