Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document comprehensive requirements.
- Requirement Gathering: Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Documentation: Write clear, functional, and non-functional design documents outlining system requirements.
- System Analysis: Evaluate current applications and systems to ensure alignment with business objectives, identifying areas for enhancement.
- IT Coordination: Partner with IT teams to prioritize, implement updates, and deploy new features.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct assessments and recommend system changes based on evolving business needs.
- Communication: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage any issues or roadblocks.
- Product Ownership: Utilize product ownership experience to guide IT solution development and delivery.
- Sales and Market Understanding: Use sales experience to understand market and customer needs, ensuring solutions meet business goals.
- Data Analysis & BI Tools: Apply expertise with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, enhancing reporting capabilities with front-end tools.
- Sales KPIs: Work on sales KPIs such as revenue growth, lead conversion rate, customer retention, average deal size, sales cycle length, and pipeline velocity.
- Mobile App & Web App Development (Preferred): Leverage knowledge of mobile application development in relevant projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing design documents, and stakeholder interaction.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess and enhance existing systems and applications.
- Collaboration: Experience in working closely with IT teams for development and system enhancements.
- Product Ownership: Preferred experience in product ownership and sales roles.
- BI Tools: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
- Front-End Tools: Experience in developing sales reports using front-end tools is a plus.
- Sales KPIs: Familiarity with sales KPIs such as lead-to-sale conversion rates, pipeline health, customer churn rate, and sales growth.
- Mobile Development: Knowledge of mobile application development is preferred but not required.
- Cisco Systems Experience: Prior experience working with Cisco Systems is a must.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
