Our client is looking to hire a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support their team remotely!
LOCATION: Fully remote, must be able to work EST time
TARGET START DATE: Immediate
JOB TYPE: Contract-to-Hire, W2, Benefited
DURATION: 3-4 months, potential to convert for the right fit
What you’ll be doing:
- Works with the communications and marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing and communication initiatives
- Collaborates and liaise with cross-functional teams to support in development of content for web, social media, email, intranet, newsletter, video and more
- Manage list development and updates for marketing communications
- Continuously audit and oversee content quality and accuracy at a high level, ensuring content is published with no errors
- Identify and pitch new marketing and communication opportunities in alignment with company goals
- Assist in special marketing and communications projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field
- 2+ years of communications experience, can include internships
- Preferred experience in an agency setting and/or working in the healthcare industry
- Strong foundation of internal communications experience
- Ability to share work and/or writing samples, with a preference for internal communication samples
