Recruiter (Bilingual)
As a Recruiter for Core Personnel Staffing, you will be responsible for hiring and sourcing candidates for all our open positions. Assisting on job fairs, hiring events, and check-in’s for our clients.
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tasks
- Hire for open positions.
- Data Entry.
- Meet with clients.
- Promote new jobs.
- Create new recruiting strategies.
- Source and determine qualified candidates.
- Assist on doing check-in’s when taking in new associates to our clients.
- Occasionally do check-in’s one time during the weekends.
- Occasionally attend job fairs to local hiring events and colleges.
Key Qualifications:
- Energetic Enthusiasm: A passion to help others succeed as a Recruiter.
- People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with candidates, coworkers and clients.
- Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruiting
