Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate Employment Law Cases: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including responding to pleadings, handling discovery, conducting depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
- Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on various employment law challenges, including drafting and revising employee handbooks, delivering training sessions, and addressing workplace-related legal questions.
