Your Role in the Team:
- Collaborate directly with clients to implement NetSuite solutions, driving optimization and improved business performance.
- Work with the internal NetSuite team to implement the platform across various business functions, including finance, sales, procurement, CRM, and inventory management.
- Convert data from legacy systems into NetSuite, ensuring smooth and accurate data migration.
- Lead discovery sessions, provide training, and facilitate the implementation process for successful project delivery.
- Follow best practices and utilize standard tools and documentation throughout the implementation process.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in accounting or inventory management.
- At least 3 years of experience with NetSuite, either in implementation or as a user.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate those into actionable NetSuite solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey technical information effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, a commitment to high-quality work, and a drive to succeed.
- Certification in NetSuite or related systems (e.g., Celigo, Avalara) is a plus.
- Experience in project management or using recognized implementation methodologies.
- Background in distribution or manufacturing environments, with the ability to creatively solve business or application challenges.
