Easy Street Capital is looking for a Marketing Associate to work the premier private lender in Texas. Easy Street Capital is a direct lender focused on providing investment property loans for real estate investors across the country (47 States). We provide best-in-class Residential Transition Loans (“RTL” or also called “hard money” or “bridge loans”) and DSCR Loans (rental property loans) for residential real estate up to 10 units. Our loans are aimed at investors and entities pursing a variety of real estate investing strategies including “fix and flips,” the “BRRRR Method” (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), short term rentals (Airbnb) and vacation rentals and multifamily real estate. Easy Street Capital is headquartered in Austin, Texas with team members across the country and has been growing rapidly, surpassing $1 Billion in origination volume in 2022, 2023 and on track for record volume in 2024.
We are focused and determined on establishing Easy Street Capital as the premier brand for loans for residential real estate investors, to be the Top Lender for fix and flips, income-producing rental properties and for short term rentals/vacation rentals. We plan to achieve this through an all-encompassing, dedicated branding effort through innovative and forward-thinking strategies, with a heavy focus on video-focused social media marketing, SEO (search engine optimization), digital marketing, use of new technologies such as AI and other cutting edge measures.

The ideal candidate will have strong interest in real estate investing, innovative marketing strategies and social media, industry experience is preferred but not required. The role will focus, but not be limited to, supporting content creation across multiple formats and channels, with a focus on short-form video content development, editing and promotion across social media platforms (i.e. TikTok, Instagram, X, Youtube Shorts) and long-form video and written content through Youtube and our company website. Skills related to writing and content-creation, utilization of new LLM “AI” tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and video editing/social media are all highly valued in this role. Role will have direct exposure to the wider Easy Street Capital team including senior Partner-level leadership.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create content (website articles, videos, landing pages, etc.) to aid SEO initiatives and establish website as topical authority in real estate investment property lending.
- Assist with video and graphic editing to assist our social media marketing initiatives and teams, heavy emphasis on creative “short term video content” optimized for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.
- Assist with idea generation and writing of marketing content such as video scripts, social media captions and industry insights blog items.
- Stay up to date on industry knowledge (real estate investing and lending) by reading books, articles and other information sources to develop and maintain a robust knowledge of the business.
Skills Desired/Required:
- Marketing, Advertising, Business, Real Estate or related experience or majors (for new or recent grads) preferred by not required
- Extensive Social Media aptitude and experience, TikTok, Youtube and Instagram platforms preferred
- Adobe/inDesign/Photoshop and videography skills a plus
- HubSpot or Comparable CRM Software Experience/e-mail marketing experience preferred
- Driven and Confident, Creative, Strong Desire to succeed
