What will you do?
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for in-store products, aligning with the company's overall objectives and customer needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products. Ensure that the in-store products meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and key metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Present product updates and progress to senior leadership.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the retail industry, with a focus on in-store products and solutions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of retail operations and the in-store shopping experience. Proven ability to develop and launch successful products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. Experience with agile development processes is a plus.
