SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for Assistant Vice President of Marketing & Communications for one of our non-profit clients located in Salt Lake City, UT.
The successful candidate will have a creative problem solving and data-driven mindset. They will establish the deployment of engaging, high quality content across various channels including blogs, audio platforms, social media, syndicated content, email, print, radio, video, and TV campaigns. They will define and socialize a content-oriented communications strategy and operationalize best practices for audience definition/segmentation channel distribution.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement with diverse audiences.
- Oversee all solicitations and collateral materials branding and messaging.
- Provides strategic direction by setting short and long-term goals, estimating budgetary requirements for staff, space, and equipment planning, and implementing special projects and policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Here's what you need to have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role required.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies.
- Must have experience doing marketing and communications for non-profit, healthcare or academia.
- Proficiency in various areas: comms, public relations, digital, creative, research, and analytics tools.
