Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote / Hybrid - Phoenix Area

The Position:
- Servicing commercial insurance accounts of all sizes
- Strengthen and maintain current client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust, service of delivery, and professionalism
- Quote new business, Market renewals, update policies under the direction of the Account Executive/Producer
- Make any proposal adjustments and quotations from client meetings with the producer
- Processing certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
- Requests for information and documentation
- Resolve any client claims issues making sure that they are handled efficiently and urgently
What we need from you:
- Urgency and Efficiency - You understand the deadline demands of insurance issues and are very organized and diligent
- Experience - You have 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
- Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
- Software - You are proficient with EZLynx AMS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier rating websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Book of Business - Comprehensive knowledge of a generalized book of business with coverages including construction, transportation, retail, restaurants, work comp, etc.
