We are seeking a skilled Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager Specialist with a focus on project management to join the Global Operations Program Management team, based in the US, with a preference for New York. The primary goal of the Global Operations PMO team is to understand both internal and external customers' technology needs and deliver high-quality technical program and project management services. As part of the team, you’ll be working with a group of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager Specialist, your focus will be on ensuring the successful planning, tracking, and completion of various project and program activities. You will collaborate closely with teams based in multiple locations, including the US and Bangalore.
- Plan, oversee, and manage projects from initiation through delivery and support.
- Use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and stakeholders’ expectations, including specifications, quality, costs, and timelines.
- Drive programs aimed at implementing new services, configurations, improvements, and service releases.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, including key milestones and contingency planning.
- Identify and track project outcomes, ensuring customer acceptance.
- Identify risks, document them, and develop mitigating actions.
- Monitor project budgets, tracking both forecasted and actual hours, and manage any variances.
- Lead meetings with clear agendas, documenting decisions and actions.
- Request and manage resources, updating forecasts as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and project management.
- Background in Financial Services, such as fintech, exchanges, banks, brokers, or financial institutions.
- Proven experience managing technology projects involving infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and trading systems.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong client engagement and relationship management abilities.
- A collaborative working style with the ability to build trust and foster confidence.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of successful project management delivery.
Compensation Range: $75/hr - $84/hr (W2)
