ATR International is seeking a Product Support Representative in San Jose, CA!
Details: Provide support to Customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, e-mail, and other written correspondence. This support includes, but is not limited to, technical troubleshooting, general product use/operation, up-selling/cross-selling, new product registration, and sending replacement parts as needed. Product line includes hand tools, power tools, automotive diagnostics, tool storage and more.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Automotive troubleshooting and hands-on repair experience or hobby preferred
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have a professional demeanor
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Contract 6+ months
Hourly Rate Range: $22 - $25
