Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Policy Operations & Enforcement Specialist to support our operations. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in policy operations, with a strong focus on policy design, improvement, and enforcement in large or global organizations. This role will require a strategic thinker who can lead efforts in policy compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the policy operations function, ensuring the design, implementation, and enforcement of effective policy frameworks across the organization.
- Develop, enhance, and monitor policies to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align policy operations with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the enforcement of policies, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of current policies and recommend changes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for policy-related projects, including policy rollout, training, and monitoring.
- Ensure that all policies are designed to be scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure policies remain compliant with relevant laws and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations with a specific focus on policy design, implementation, and enforcement in large or global organizations.
- Strong understanding of policy compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence through policy management and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data analysis and the ability to make policy recommendations based on empirical evidence.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in multinational or global environments.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- A background in legal, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
