The Role
- First Line Technical Support Associate
- Working on-site with key financial clients, providing support and troubleshooting for internal employees
- Following escalation process, where necessary
- Deescalating customer frustrations and managing queries in a timely manner
- Potential progression into other areas of the business, depending on your preference, such as management, infrastructure, software or cybersecurity
The Person
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Tech support experience in Windows infrastructure/Azure/AD
- Competitive and Resilient character
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, empathise and be assertive and resilient
- If you have relevant professional experience, IT Boot-camp certifications will be considered in lieu of IT degree
- Strong Tech acumen on Microsoft systems
- Desire to complete training, up skill and progress your IT career
