The mission of the Account Managers on our team is to increase Innovien's footprint inside both potential and established clients. This growth is accomplished through successfully building and nurturing both new and existing relationships and delivering world class project and staff augmentation services within your assigned accounts. Our Account Managers work out of our National Head Quarters in Atlanta or satellite office in Nashville with ability to be in office Wed-Friday during normal working hours (8-5).
Responsibilities
- 1-5 years of experience in the technology staffing industry as an Account Manager with a proven track record of success
- Ability to maintain a high level of client meetings each week (12+) through cold calling and networking
- Strong ability to build genuine relationships with executives and hiring managers inside accounts
- Proven history to grow and maintain consistent spread/GM levels inside of accounts
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team player
- Self-motivated and coachable attitude and driven mentality to grow and achieve at a high level
- Strategic thinking/problem solving with a strong work ethic and high professional standards
Plus Skills
- In depth understanding and/or experience within the Federal space
- In depth understanding and/or experience within the Atlanta and/or Nashville markets
Responsibilities
- Build relationships inside assigned accounts through a high weekly client meeting average (12+)
- Work closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis with customers
- Manage and lead the req to close process by working with our delivery team to identify quality candidates for customer requirements
