About the Role
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND OVERSIGHT
Oversee the Housing, Foster Programs & Supportive Services Department
Design and adapt integrated service delivery methods to meet contractual obligations and client needs.
Analyze and assess programs based on productivity data and implement corrective measures, as required.
Lead program expansion and design.
Implement best practices across all programs.
Facilitate programmatic collaboration among and across departments to achieve a more holistic, efficient, effective, and client-centered service delivery.
Oversee department grants and contracts to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon deliverables and prompt communication with funders.
Maintain appropriate paperwork/documentation.
Oversee data collections, reporting requirements and program outcomes.
Communicate and coordinate program needs with IT, People & Culture, Community Resources, Facilities and Finance.
Qualifications
5 Years Senior Management
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree a plus
