The Opportunity
We're seeking a Community Growth Intern with a knack for community engagement and a passion for brand ambassadorship. This role combines strategy, communication, and creativity, making it perfect for someone who thrives in vibrant, fast-paced environments and enjoys making every interaction meaningful.
What You'll Do
- Dynamic Engagement: Support our online community with thoughtful and engaging interactions, infusing our platforms with energy and fostering deep connections.
- Event & Pop-Up Leadership: Identify, participate in, and sometimes lead local events, samplings and pop-ups, serving NOT COFFEE as our vibrant brand ambassador to elevate our presence and impact.
- Content Synergy: Collaborate with our content team and influencers to produce compelling content that captures the essence of our community interactions, aligning with our brand's voice and strategy. (Ex: capturing street interview content, taste tests, events, etc.)
- Community & Partnership Development: Strategically grow our community through innovative tactics and maintain dynamic partnerships with influencers and brands that align with our mission, ensuring our community feels continuously engaged and valued.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- This role will begin as a part time / contract / casual position, with the intention to increase hours based on capacity within 3 months. Ideal for college students or those working in an additional role.
- This role is in-person in the LA area, we co-host / sponsor weekly events in downtown LA near USC / Crypto Arena that this person will attend to sample products, talk with attendees, and capture content.
