As a Manager at a boutique Life Sciences consultancy firm, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic solutions to the clients. You will lead and manage complex projects, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our firm.
This role is a critical role for their brand-new New York office, responsible for spearheading their US presence and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex consulting projects focusing on Market Access or Medical Affairs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the firm's intellectual capital.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and problem-solving to identify strategic opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences or Business Administration.)
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, preferably in the Life Sciences industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects focusing on Market Access or Medical Affairs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and its key trends
