What You Will Be Doing In This Role:
- Lead and manage projects to improve plant efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Sales, R&D).
- Contribute to process, product, and equipment development.
- Maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
- Develop solutions, conduct experiments, and implement process improvements.
What You Should Bring To This Role:
- BS in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering (Master’s a plus).
- 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing or abrasives.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD (SAP experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills, able to work independently and in teams.
