Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Project Manager
Hybrid, 3 days a week on site in Bridgewater, NJ

RedStream Technology is seeking a Scrum Master/ Coach /Project Manager to join a global manufacturer’s application team to lead a large-scale Salesforce implementation project, including complex development tasks related to SAP integrations, .NET, Logic Apps, and extensive data conversion/validation for our Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role will require a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management and change management skills to ensure smooth collaboration across a diverse set of teams and personalities.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for aligning teams with Agile methodologies, providing Agile training where needed, and ensuring consistent communication and delivery of project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce implementation project, ensuring successful delivery of development items related to SAP integrations, .NET, Logic Apps, and data conversion/validation for CDP.
- Act as the Scrum Master for the project, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage stakeholders across different teams and business units, navigating complex personalities and ensuring clear communication of project progress and expectations.
- Implement and promote Agile best practices, providing training to teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of Agile processes.
- Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring all project participants are aligned with the overall program goals and workflows.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, SAP consultants, .NET developers, Logic App engineers, and data teams.
- Ensure thorough data validation processes to ensure high-quality data migration and conversion.
- Report on project metrics, including timelines, deliverables, and risk management, to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the project while ensuring all teams stay on track to meet deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in large-scale implementations, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Experience working with SAP integrations, .NET, Logic Apps, and data conversion/validation processes.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex personalities.
- Experience with large-scale data migration and validation efforts.
- Ability to facilitate Agile training and ensure smooth adoption of Agile processes across teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and data migration strategies.
