Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Hartford, CT
Compensation: $110,000 to $150,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Management in all tasks including, but not limited to:
- RFI/RFP submittals
- Planning all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Obtaining all necessary regulations and permits
- Ordering necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Making sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Coordinate full project lifecycle with Superintendent and Ownership
- Oversee project timeline, budget, and ensure efficiency
Desired Skills (But Not Mandatory):
- Proficiency with Procore, AudoCad, or similar tools
- Full knowledge of construction processes
- Ability to be agile on the job site (dealing with moving timelines and/or objectives)
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate efficiently
