🎓About the Role: Litigation Associate Attorney
• Provide legal support and counsel under the supervision of senior attorneys for litigation - Insurance, general liability, products liability - Plaintiff or defense.
• Assisting with trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, and organizing exhibit and witness lists.
• Conducting and defending expert and witness depositions.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and negotiations as needed.
• Maintain client communication and manage expectations throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with legal team members on complex cases and strategy development.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

🔎Requirements:
• J.D Degree
• 2+ years experience
• Preferably in high exposure, catastrophic, personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence. Civil litigation experience preferred;
