The Loan Administration Manager is responsible for managing and mentoring loan administration staff, ensuring adherence to Bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory and compliance requirements. This role involves identifying and addressing staff training needs, performing daily functions, and working with other departments to improve process efficiencies. The Loan Administration Manager fosters a culture of superior customer service for both internal and external customers, focusing on efficiency and responsiveness within a framework of established policies and regulatory guidelines. They are primarily responsible for directing and managing overall loan service strategies and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and measure the performance of loan administration staff responsible for documentation preparation and onboarding of new loans, including modifications, changes in terms, renewals, extensions, and TDRs.
- Provide strategic guidance for the department, establishing goals and objectives for staff, and analyzing and recommending changes to workflow and staff assignments.
- Manage Laser Pro Administration to coordinate all release updates and testing, and enable new loan documentation when needed.
- Prepare loan documentation from Laser Pro for consumer/commercial loan settlements.
- Input new loans into the core system and set up payment schedules according to loan documentation.
- Perform file maintenance on existing loan portfolios, including processing payments, correcting account postings, and resolving customer service needs.
- Perform rate changes in Laser Pro and the core system.
- Manage and train Loan Administration Department staff in all aspects of loan documentation, processing, tracking, and compliance monitoring.
- Oversee loan closings for new loan requests, ensuring adherence to required loan terms, conditions, and loan policy guidelines.
- Ensure timely processing and validation of the escrow analysis process.
- Oversee compliance-related activities involving flood insurance determination/notifications.
- Perform secondary reviews of all loans to ensure uniformity of decision making and inclusion on HMDA LAR, if applicable.
- Manage post-closing documentation review to ensure loans are settled according to approved terms and that collateral is perfected.
- Ensure all noted exception items are cleared in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain all loan administration procedures.
- Oversee monitoring and tracking of UCC filings, hazard and flood insurance, and other required items.
- Oversee the credit report dispute process using e-Oscar.
- Oversee and reconcile general ledger settlement and payable accounts, ensuring accurate daily and monthly reconciliations and necessary research on outstanding items.
- Perform input and/or approvals of wire transfers for settlements.
- Participate in special enterprise-wide reporting, projects, and committees as assigned.
- Understand and comply with all Bank policies and applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act security procedures.
- Maintain security of customer information and adhere to the Privacy Policy.
- Complete all required annual compliance training requirements.
