Our client, a leader in RF amplifier and filter electronics manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage inventory control operations. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory levels and processes within the company’s manufacturing facility.

Focus:
- Assign and maintain accurate inventory bin locations within the inventory management system.
- Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts to ensure alignment between physical counts and system records.
- Manage stock inventory and finished goods, ensuring proper placement in designated bin locations.
- Develop and improve inventory management processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Identify and requisition material shortfalls promptly to meet production demands.
- Ensure all issued kits to the production floor are complete and that all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Cost Accountant and perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Skill Set:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proven expertise in handling complex part numbers and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and report inventory status.
- Physical ability to lift and work within a stockroom environment.
