Job Title: Lead/CSA Construction Manager
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Duration: 6 months (contract to hire)

How You Will Contribute to the Team:
As a Lead/CSA Construction Manager, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and directing construction activities related to structures, facilities, and systems. Key duties include:
- Collaborating with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve work procedures, construction problems, and complaints.
- Assisting in developing project delivery strategies.
- Scheduling projects in logical steps and budgeting time to meet deadlines.
- Coordinating project procurement, contractor selection, contract paperwork, and managing project changes.
- Overseeing QA/QC quality control plans and ensuring safety management plans are in place.
- Managing the building permit process and ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Leading weekly construction meetings.
- Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Reviewing contractor payment applications and recommending payments to clients.
- Creating and monitoring cost reports for the client.
- Coordinating punch list preparation and managing project close-out activities.
- Performing additional duties as required by the Supervisor.
What You Will Contribute:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience.
Special Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively use Web-based construction management software (often provided by the client).
- Skilled in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project records, including meeting minutes.
- Proficient in Information Technology, including the use of Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Project.
Professional Registrations:
- Must hold a State Construction Supervisor’s License.
- Completion of 30-hour OSHA safety training.
- CMAA certification is required.
