One of our clients is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their growing team!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Process regular mail; receive and send overnight packages and regular mail
- Update PTO on Company Wide Calendar and save forms (Tampa and Maitland)
- Contact copier company when issues arise
- Answer inbound phone calls and redirect to appropriate team members
- Ordering office supplies (when necessary)
- Process purchase requisitions for supplies, items, events
- Assist HR with new hire office set-up, supplies, etc.
- Assist other departments/orgs with submittals, document creation and edits, and other projects as needed
- Coordinate Birthday Breakfast / Afternoon Treat - reminder 1st day of the month to send out
- Maintain the breakroom area neat, run dishwasher; help with set up, and clean-up for some events
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2/3 years experience in a professional office setting
