IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate II for one of our top telecom clients. This is a 3 to 6 month contract role with potential to convert to permanent. This position is fully onsite for 5 days a week in Englewood, CO. Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Associate II:
- Utilize iCIMS on a daily basis
- Work with assigned locations to review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and schedule candidates for on-site interviews
- Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires
- Support recruiting related projects with the business
- Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
- Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
- Reporting and projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Associate II:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experiene preferred
- iCIMS experience preferred - Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided
- HS diploma required

- Fluent with office software
- Ability to work in an office based team environment

Compensation Details: $30-31/hr W2
