Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety and environmental compliance on marine construction sites. This role involves developing safety programs, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, and ensure employee training.
- Environmental Compliance:
Monitor environmental regulations, assess risks, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
Create and deliver EHS training programs to promote a culture of safety.
Investigate incidents, maintain records, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare EHS reports and maintain compliance documentation.
Continue building team culture and a safe place for employees to feel acknowledged.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in marine construction or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, CSP, NEBOSH) are a plus.
