FP&A Manager
The ideal candidate is a strong FP&A Analyst with expertise in 13-week cash flow, Advanced Excel/modeling skills who will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and projections into the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast and monthly ABL borrowing base
- Analyze financial data, create models and generate reports for strategic decision making
- Collaborate on budgets, forecasts and performance metrics to achieve financial goals
- Provide insights for strategic planning and process improvements
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- 6+ years in FP&A, preference for client service at a top-tier financial advisory or PE-owned company
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, data analysis required
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- MUST Have Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx would be a plus
This position is located in the Houston, TX area and candidate will need to be onsite 2-3x/week. Please only apply if you're a local candidate or willing to commute weekly.
