Rate: $50/hr on C2C max $42/hr on W2

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Journalism, English, Communications, Instructional Design or related fields, or equivalent 3 - 5 years of work experience in related field
Required Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to support interaction with various levels within The Company
· Technical writing skills
· Ability to use Hershey owned technology to create compelling and communicative graphics & content
· Ability to work with Information Technology and Operational technology experts to develop technical documentation and training materials for server, network and security infrastructure
· Composure under pressure. self-starter, and collaborative working style
· Ability to influence stakeholders
· Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions concurrently (project management and time management skills)
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint,Excel. and Visio
