What You'll Be Doing
As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple entities within our real estate development company. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial operations for affiliated entities
- Initiating and communicating transactions
- Maintaining distribution worksheets and updating schedules
- Assisting in monthly financial packages
- Coordinating entity setups and financial statement audits
- Handling bank reconciliations and journal entries
What You'll Need
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of progressively responsible financial/accounting experience
- 3 years of experience in accounting operations
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains, Sage 300 CRE)
