This mid-rise apartment community features a little under 200 units and is looking for a skilled maintenance professional to maintain its high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Complete work orders within 24 hours using Yardi.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations
