The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Two to six years’ of Litigation experience.
- Proficiency in taking depositions and trial preparation.
- Team player with excellent listening, verbal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, handling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ambitious attorney that wants to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice.
- Admitted to practice in the state of California (required).
