GHW Global is representing a heavy civil General Contractor, currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer for their Sacramento office. This role will focus on leading a backlog of utility and water pipeline projects and work closely with the Project Manager to provide technical support, ensure project execution.
Location: Sacramento County, California
As a Project Engineer you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Manage project documentation and records
- Provide technical support for project issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Excel/spreadsheets, Word, Teams, Outlook)
