International Procurement Analyst

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing inventory planning and stock level preparedness for assigned categories to ensure supply of inventory without disruption.
- Monitor flow of inventory throughout global supply chain in real time and timely escalate any potential disruptions, changes, or other impactful factors, driving for resolution.
- Maintain close partnership and high-level of responsiveness with international manufacturing plants to ensure production schedules and prioritization of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business Executive Leadership to understand volume trends, forecast drivers, and supply chain factors to drive decisions.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports against forecasted sales to recommend actions in supporting company strategic business planning goals.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Detail oriented with highly effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with thought leadership
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, v-lookups, h-lookups)
- Knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and financial analysis a plus.
The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters.
