Are you seeking a role where you are working side by side with executives and department leaders. We are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to support Senior VP and department leaders. This role requires someone professional with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Must have excellent written communication as well as someone very detail oriented with excellent organization skills. The Executive Assistant would need to be proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and address concerns as they arise.
3-5 years experience supporting Executive leaders
Strong writing and editing skills to draft memos, emails and prepare communication on behalf of the executive, including board presentations.
Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements, prioritizing the most sensitive matters, with knowledge on best practice and communication styles for meeting minutes
Someone that takes initiative while keeping a consistent process for key documents
Must be savvy with Microsoft Office and Outlook
