Position Title - Cornerstone specialist
Location - Lower Manhattan, NY 10007(Fully onsite)
Duration - 6+ Months (with possible extension)
Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:
Seeking a Cornerstone specialist who will assist in the development and implantation of performance reviews for managerial employees in Cornerstone on Demand.
Qualifications/Skills Desired:
- Proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand, including the Performance Essentials – System Administrator module required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Experience in developing or implementing performance reviews preferred.
- Experience working within complex organizations and/or governmental organizations beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Building all elements of the performance review module in Cornerstone on Demand in production environment, including inputting all competencies, goals, questions, emails, and notifications that will be sent to all participants in the appropriate reporting hierarchy.
- Testing the full performance review process for both managers and supervisors in the production environment prior to launch to ensure accuracy of all elements, including routing and content of messages.
- Assisting with troubleshooting and inquiries that arise from users following the launch
- Assisting with the development of informational materials to support the launch, as requested.
