We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in all three aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial applications. The successful candidate will not only be technically proficient but also possess strong project management skills, as direct client interaction and ensuring project timelines are a primary focus of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, and oversee the MEP systems for various construction projects.
• Ensure all MEP designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Regularly update clients on project progress and any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Perform pre-job site visits to gather information and build relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Minimum of [5 years] experience in MEP engineering with a portfolio of both residential and commercial projects.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
