Bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Business Partner or HR Manager needed in or around the Knoxville, TN area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. Work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. This position will require someone that is willing to work in an environment that is "hands on" in the manufacturing arena, working directly with employees and management and leading by setting an example as someone that will jump in as needed in other areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
- Experienced and focused on People and Culture, not just processes and policies
- Manufacturing knowledge and experience is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of safety policies and implementation of new safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must have job longevity
- Those with experience in manufacturing, agriculture or food industries are preferred
