GENERAL DESCRIPTION – DUTIES
- Operate machines on the 3rd shift
- Ability to work efficiently on a production line as directed by the supervisor.
- Proficient in performing assembly tasks with precision.
- Skilled in operating various machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve operational interruptions.
- Competent in troubleshooting and reworking procedures, with deep understanding of machine functions (PAMPAK,
- Bosch Pouch filling machines or similar manufacturing equipment).
- Adherence to instructions from supervisors, managers and/or leaders and compliance with verbal and written
- directives.
- Diligent in carrying out quality control activities, including thorough product inspections.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in production area, aligning with GMP and compliance
- Timely completion of tasks based on manufacturing schedule and within specific and determined timeframe.
- Organized and systematic approach to organize and maintain work area
- Report discrepant materials/components to supervisor or line inspector.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SKILLS, EDUCATION)
- 2 years or more of experience in operating machinery preferred
- Willingness to work any shift including day, night and weekends.
- High School diploma or equivalent, or a demonstration of exceptional ability
- Flexible availability for work and willingness to accommodate overtime requirements.
- Reliable, proactive, committed, and quality focused
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time
- Capacity to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly daily
- Skill in maintaining a safe working environment
- Proficient in documentation.
- Willingness to learn and apply new concepts as necessary.
- Capable of making basic adjustments in assigned machine as required.
