Role:
- Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)
- Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment
- Breakfix support in desktop, laptops, POS, printers
- Server skills- prolient, C-Class Blades Storage(3Par, MSA, XP, Apollo)
Requirements:
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
- Driving licence
- Excellent time management skill
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.
