Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Infrastructure Project Manager/ project coordinator to oversee and coordinate various infrastructure-related projects across multiple U.S. locations. This role involves working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and efficient management of all logistical aspects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Work alongside technical teams to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. Participate in site visits and meetings to gain a full understanding of the project scope and technical requirements.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and escalate issues when necessary.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate all project-related logistics, including scheduling, equipment delivery, and site access. Ensure that all materials and resources are delivered to project sites on time.
- Asset Management: Track and manage project assets, including new and existing equipment. Maintain accurate records of assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to deployment and decommission.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party vendors to ensure the timely delivery and return of infrastructure components. Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for defective or returned equipment.
- Travel: Travel to various project sites across the U.S. will be required, with the possibility of future international travel.
Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Logistics & Asset Tracking: Familiarity with coordinating logistics and maintaining accurate records of assets and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project updates and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to travel to various U.S. locations, with the potential for future international travel.
