Qualified candidates will have prior Homecare HHA Scheduling, HR, Intake or CDPAP Coordinator experience and using HHA Exchange Program.

Qualifications:
- Experienced with HHA Exchange Program
- Experienced with Homecare Scheduling, Intake or CDPAP Coordinator Process
- Experienced with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) System
- Experienced with Licensed Home Healthcare Agency Policy & Procedure
- Experience working in a LHCSA, CHHA, MLTC or Home Care Related Field
- English and Bilingual Spanish, Bilingual Chinese or Bilingual Creole in demand!
Job Responsibilities:
- Homecare Scheduling, Intake or CDPAP Coordination
- Coordinating Home Health Aide Services & Schedules
- HR Coordination including on-boarding and recruitment functions
- Collaborating with Case Managers, RNs and Staff
- Completing referral information required for Intake
- Entry and Verification for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
- Other related tasks.
Home Care Office located in Brooklyn, NY, option to work from alternate office in Bronx/Westchester.
