Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Participate in job fairs and networking events
- Travel
Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience in recruiting or staffing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
Pay range and compensation package:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
Min $66,560 Max $82,252
